The COOPENERGY project was designed to investigate how public authorities at regional level (e.g. county councils, region councils) can better 'collaborate' with public authorities at local level (e.g. municipalities, district councils) - and vice versa.
This forum can be used to discuss and share information about the collaboration methods you have found most useful (or not!) for working in partnership at these levels.
